Yes! Here at Stayin Goldn we offer a 30 day warranty on the quality of your purchase from the date of sale! This means we can cover, replace or refurbish any damage on your pieces in this time period! See our warranty page for more details!

How long will my shipping take?
Here at Stayin Goldn we pride ourselves on quality, reliable shipping methods! Depending on your location, your item should arrive within 3-8 business days standard, and 1-2 business days express!

Not to worry! We send you a tracking number with every purchase, but shipping times vary based on location and the time of year. Contact our help email for more assistance!
How can I cancel my order?
In order to cancel your order, please email stayingoldnhelp@gmail.com ASAP! We typically ship within 24 hours, so in order to cancel please do so within this time frame!
My item arrived faulty! What now?

My Goldn Jewellery is starting to tarnish! What should I do?
Don't panic! All jewellery tarnishes at some point in it's lifetime, this is a natural process that is inevitable, but can be slowed down! Ensure your jewellery isn't coming into contact with harsh chemicals, store it in a dry place, and avoid unnecessary moisture. See your complimentary care card for more!
