Refund policy

 

 Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Incorrect colour/size purchases are considered a change of mind purchase and you will receive a credit to repurchase the correct colour/size. Please choose carefully and see our sizing guide as a reference. 
  • The item you are returning must not have been worn and come back to us in its original packaging. If we feel the item has been worn we will not issue a store credit. 
  • Change of Mind items are sent back to us at your cost. 
  • No refunds are provided for change of mind, rather store credit to choose desired product 

 

Not Covered Under Returns & Exchanges

  • Earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons unless faulty a refund/credit/replacement will be assigned 
  • Items purchased on sale are not included in the returns/exchange policy 
  • Delayed shipping is out of our control therefore if items do not arrive within your expected time frame, we reserve the right to resend the item if declared lost

 

Returns Procedure

  • Request an exchange via email (stayingoldnhelp@gmail.com)  
  • Provide proof of purchase with an invoice number, invoice name and date 
  • Return postage is at the customer's expense unless faulty  
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product on return, if we feel the item has been worn a credit note will not be granted 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item safely to us and we suggest getting tracking details as we will not be responsible for lost items 

Faulty Items Policy

We endeavour to always supply the highest quality product, but outliers occur. We will provide refunds, exchanges, store credits etc. for any faults that occurred due to circumstances out of your control. All of our jewellery has a 30-day warranty period from the date of purchase. 

Please note that outside of these periods, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, store credits etc.

Please understand that all metals will naturally start to oxidize over time, and this is out of our control, this period will be sped up if jewellery is not cared for or comes in contact with chemicals such as perfumes, moisturisers etc. See your care card that is included in every purchase for more details!

 

Faulty Returns Procedure

Please email (stayingoldnhelp@gmail.com) including the following information to organise returning faulty items, 

  • Order Number and Order Name proving the Date the item was purchased
  • A clear photograph of the fault
  • A written description of the fault

Once we receive this information, we will either send you a return label or will provide you with a replacement. Refunds can only be issued via the original payment method such as credit card or after-pay transactions.
