30 day Quality Warranty
Here at Stayin Goldn, we ensure the quality of our products are up to our high standards, with only the best 18k gold plated pieces on stainless steel. Our support team will appropriately allocate refunds, credits or returns for any initial defects that are found within our pieces and other situations.
This warranty is applicable for any of the following damage sustained in the warranty period,
- Loose or lost gemstones in rings, necklaces or earrings (not worn).
- Broken links or clasps on necklaces and bracelets.
- Other acceptable damage
Not Applicable under warranty:
- Change of Mind purchases
- Severe damage to products (we reserve the right to inspect any products sent back to us and deny store credit if we feel this is the case)
- Earrings that have been worn (for hygienic reasons)
This warranty only applies for 30 days after the purchase date of your product.
In order to enact any warranty claims, please see our customer support policies and proceed from there.
Once your claim has been made, our friendly support staff will assist you from there with further details of where you can send your damaged items, and when you can be expecting your replacement pieces to arrive! If a refund/store credit is requested, support staff will further assist you.
